The BM-10035/10042 is a flagship model in the BM Series of Beam Moving Bridge Type CNC Milling Machine Centers, engineered for processing the largest and tallest workpieces, supporting a maximal workpiece height of 2-450 mm. This machine’s distinction lies in its movable cross rail (W-axis), a unique feature synchronized with other axial feeding movements to ensure dynamic straightness and maintain heavy cutting power. The W-axis offers a generous vertical travel of 1-000 mm, controlled precisely by a dual synchronized servo motor driving system and supported by twin hydraulic cylinders for smooth movement.

The machine’s structural integrity is based on a double-beam configuration fixed beam for parallelism and rigidity, and a movable beam for dynamic straightness and sustained cutting power. The BM-10035/10042 offers exceptional working ranges, with an X-axis travel of 10-100 mm and a Y-axis travel of 3-500 mm or 4-200 mm. The massive table size of 10-000 mm by 3-000 mm can handle an enormous maximum load of 36-000 kg. Power is delivered by a 22-26 kW standard spindle with a 2-step gear running at 4-000 RPM, with options up to 10-000 RPM direct-driven.
