The BM-6035 / 6042 model is part of the BM Series of Beam Moving Portal Type Machine Centers, a bridge-type CNC milling solution engineered by Vision Wide for extra-large workpiece machining. Its unique design features a movable cross rail, or W-axis travel of 1-000 mm, which is controlled by dual synchronized servo motors for precise positioning. The machine structure incorporates a double beams configuration, with a fixed beam to keep the best parallelism and a movable beam to maintain dynamic straightness and sustain heavy cutting power. This synchronization technique allows the W-axis feed cutting to be synchronic with another axial feeding, making it unique in 5-face operations. The machine can accommodate a maximal workpiece height of 2-450 mm. Key specifications include a vast X-axis travel of 6-100 mm, a Y-axis travel up to 4-200 mm, and a table size of 6-000 mm by 3-000 mm capable of holding up to 28-000 kg.
