The core of its performance lies in the rigid Linear Motors and the proprietary 4 Axis Linear Motor Drive System used for the X, Y, U, and V axes. Since the linear motor is a direct drive method without a ball screw, it ensures precise axis movements without backlash and is guaranteed to maintain positioning accuracy for 10 years.
