The AQ750L is part of Sodick’s large work area Wire EDM series, built for precision machining of heavy and massive components. Its core technology is the Linear Motor Drive system on the X, Y, U, and V axes, which eliminates backlash by replacing traditional ball-screws and couplings with a direct, smooth, and vibration-free motion system. This advanced design, combined with Glass Scale Feedback, results in extreme positioning and machining accuracy, secured by Sodick’s 10-Year Positioning Accuracy Guarantee.

The machine is equipped with a fixed table design, allowing it to support a maximum workpiece weight of 3-307 lbs (1-500 kg). It offers substantial travel capacities: 29.53 inches (750 mm) in X, 19.68 inches (500 mm) in Y, and a standard 15.75 inches (400 mm) in Z, with an available 23.62 inches (600 mm) Z-axis option. The AQ750L utilizes the LN Series high-speed control with a user-friendly Windows platform, featuring functions like Advanced Corner Control and automatic generation of cutting conditions, making it accessible even to novice operators.
