The 80 Single/Dual Series of Automatic Pallet Changers (APCs) is specifically engineered for maximizing the utilization of compact- to medium-sized vertical and horizontal machining centers where floor space is a premium. These systems provide a robust yet space-efficient solution to eliminate spindle downtime caused by manual loading and unloading.

The Series is defined by its pallet size, accommodating machines with an 800 mm or similar-sized pallet (approximately 31.5 inches). Available in both Single-Pallet (to add a single automated setup location) and Dual-Pallet configurations, the 80 Series allows operators to efficiently set up the next job while the machine is actively cutting, thereby achieving significant Cycle Time Reduction and enabling lights-out production.
