⚙️ 30Y Series – Y-Axis Shift Automatic Pallet Changers

The 30Y Series represents a specialized line of Automatic Pallet Changers (APC) engineered to significantly enhance the flexibility and productivity of Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and other production equipment. Unlike standard APCs that only transfer pallets along the X-axis, the 30Y Series incorporates a Y-Axis shift function into the exchange mechanism.

This crucial Y-Axis movement allows the system to completely clear the machining envelope, enabling full 3-sided or 4-sided access to the part while it is still on the pallet during setup. This design is critical for VMCs where the machine column or shroud might obstruct access to the front of the pallet.
