The S-3030 CNC Drill Tap Center combines robustness, speed, and versatility to meet the demands of modern manufacturing. Designed with dual workstations and rotary worktables, this machine allows operators to load new parts on one table while machining occurs on the other — significantly reducing idle time and maximizing productivity. The moving-column structure ensures smooth, stable operation even under heavy workloads, making the S-3030 especially well-suited for mass production across a range of industries such as automotive, electronics (3C), medical components, hardware, and more.

At its core is a BBT30-taper spindle. The standard configuration delivers 10,000 rpm, with optional upgrades to 12,000, 15,000, 20,000, or 24,000 rpm. Rigid tapping at 4,000 rpm ensures reliable thread creation without sacrificing precision.

All three axes (X, Y, Z) travel at 300 × 250 × 250 mm, with rapid traverse rates of 48 / 48 / 48 m/min for efficient positioning. The machine supports table-to-spindle-nose distances from 180 to 430 mm, and each of the two 400 × 250 mm tables can hold up to 100 kg, enabling processing of sizable and heavy workpieces.

Tool handling is optimized for high throughput: the standard tool magazine holds 14 tools, with an optional 20-tool configuration, accommodating tools up to 200 mm in length and 3 kg in weight. Tool-change time is extremely fast — 1.9 sec (M) / 2.6 sec (F) — and pallet change (APC) only takes 3 seconds, minimizing downtime between cycles.

The S-3030’s directly coupled spindle drive system delivers stable, consistent power and ensures efficient transfer of torque for both drilling and tapping operations.
