The FMB Turbo 3-38 Bar Feeder is a highly efficient and dependable solution for automated bar feeding, available in both 6-foot and 12-foot configurations. Designed for seamless integration with all types of lathes, it supports round, square, and hexagonal bar material with a diameter capacity ranging from 3 mm to 38 mm (0.118 inch to 1.500 inch). The system utilizes a magazine rack capacity of 11 linear inches for automatic loading.

A key feature of the Turbo 3-38 is its hydrodynamic support system, which fills the polyurethane guide channel with oil to ensure the bar stock remains perfectly centered during rotation, facilitating quiet operation at high RPM and achieving optimal cutting conditions in the lathe. The machine prioritizes efficiency and ease of use with its ultra quick change guide channels and pusher, allowing for a full changeover in approximately 10 minutes and a bar stock collet change in under 2 minutes, thanks to the pin-on collet feature. The feeder also includes a double pusher, space-saving design, a Bosch motion control system with an intuitive 8.4-inch touch control panel, and a Swiss headstock synchronization device for compatibility with fast-moving sliding headstock lathes.
