The machine ensures quiet operation at high RPM through its innovative polyurethane guide channel system which is filled with hydraulic oil for hydrodynamic support of the rotating bar stock, minimizing noise and vibration.

Operational efficiency is boosted by the quick change guide channels, which can be swapped in about 10 minutes, and the “Pin-on” collet feature that allows collet changes in under 2 minutes. Control is managed by dependable Bosch motion control, offering a user-friendly remote pendant for easy parameter changes.
