The Turbo RS 2-20 is a versatile and highly dependable automatic bar feeder for processing round, square, or hexagonal bar stock on CNC lathes, available in 6-foot or 12-foot configurations. Designed for maximum stability and performance, the machine features hydrodynamic support through a high-volume oil flow into the guide channels, which provides superior material guidance and dramatically reduces noise and vibration during operation.

It has an extensive bar diameter capacity from 2 mm to 20 mm (and up to 23 mm with minor bar end preparation). Changeovers are fast and simple thanks to the Quick-change polyurethane guide channel system, allowing the unit to be converted to a new bar stock range within minutes. The feeder includes an automatic loading magazine with a 7-inch rack capacity and a double pusher, a space-saving design to optimize floor space.

Precision is maintained by a super-rigid bearing block steady rest mounted to the machine base, alongside a Movable anti-vibration device that guides the bar stock all the way to the lathe’s spindle. The feeder is controlled by an intuitive 8.4-inch Touch control panel with the ERGOlogic user interface, which includes a Guided Setup function for ease of use and rapid training. It also features a Swiss headstock synchronization device and a self-centering gripper for automatic remnant retraction.
