The NEXT 25 is an innovative automatic bar feeder developed by IEMCA in collaboration with Davenport Inc. to perfectly suit the specialized requirements of the Davenport Hybrid multi-spindle machine. Designed for maximum efficiency, the NEXT 25 completely replaces the traditional stock-reel with a compact side-loading bar magazine, significantly reducing the machine’s footprint. This system is engineered to deliver a super silent performance while ensuring high rotational speeds of more than 10-000 rpm.

The feeder is fully integrated and able to handle a wide range of materials, accommodating round bars with diameters from 4 mm to 25 mm (1 inch) and lengths up to 13 feet 9 inches (4-200 mm). It is equipped with five polyurethane guide channels, one for each of Davenport’s five spindles, which ensures precise alignment and fast- unattended bar changes in approximately 22 seconds for a 3000 mm bar length. The combination of its reduced footprint- high speed- and reliable automatic loading translates directly into a considerable increase in productivity and ease of use, making the NEXT 25 a high-performance solution for utilizing the lathe’s full potential.
