The NEXT 42 SLIDING represents a major technological leap in bar feeding, designed in close collaboration between IEMCA and DMG MORI specifically for the DMG MORI MULTISPRINT multi-spindle lathes. This machine is uniquely characterized as the first IEMCA multi-spindle bar feeder with a sliding headstock, a feature that is central to its exceptional performance.

It is equipped with six independent mobile Z-axis guide channels, ensuring synchronized technology, precise feeding, and optimal support for the bar material during high-speed operation. This bar feeder is the perfect combination of extreme reliability and sturdiness with maximum productivity and high quality, meeting the stringent standards of DMG MORI.

The NEXT 42 SLIDING is capable of handling round bars from 4 to 36 mm, hexagonal bars from 5 to 32 mm, and square bars from 4 to 27 mm. With a maximum feed rate of 1-700 mm/s and a bar changeover time of less than 23 seconds (partially hidden time), it is designed for SUPERFAST operation. It is available with both MP Magazine and a large F Magazine capable of holding up to 1-500 kg of bar stock.
