Loading is done via a lateral magazine rack with a 300 mm wide loading tray, and loading can occur on the front or rear (or left/right, depending on machine setup). The design includes a hydrostatic (or hydrodynamic) guiding system with pushers and round bearings — this supports smooth bar feeding, reduces vibration, and helps maintain bar stability even at high spindle RPMs.

Operator convenience is built in. The unit comes with a touch-screen remote control for easy setup and operation. Inputting bar diameter, shape, and feed-out length automatically configures pushing torque, feed speed, and feeding length.

Changeovers are fast and simple. A partial diameter change within the same guiding elements takes just 3 minutes, while a full changeover (Guiding elements, pusher, etc.) can be done in around 8 to 10 minutes, with no special tools required — this helps minimize downtime when switching between bar sizes.

For sliding headstock lathes, the optional “3-S” synchronization system synchronizes bar feeding with the headstock movement to prevent bar bending or deformation under high-speed rotation, ensuring safe, stable, high-throughput operation.
