The system features a heavy-duty 650 mm (approx. 26 inch) magazine capable of staging substantial bar stock (up to 1430 pounds) — perfect for extended production runs without manual intervention.
Setups and changeovers are engineered for speed and ease. The integrated touchscreen HMI guides the operator through diameter, shape, and part-length settings, and a complete diameter changeover can be done in 15 seconds or less (partial) or within 1 minute for full reconfiguration, minimizing downtime between jobs. The magazine tray can be loaded from the front or rear to optimize floor space, and includes a clear window for monitoring remaining material.
The Quick Load Servo 105 also supports a variety of bar shapes — round, hex, square, and even odd-shaped stock — giving it flexibility across different workpieces. For applications requiring heavy stock, there is an optional “LIFT” magazine system that enables loading by forklift or crane while preserving full retraction and feeding functions.
