The Rotating Pallet system, part of the Honor APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) Series, is designed to maximize Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machining efficiency by facilitating non-stop production.

This model employs a rotating mechanism to execute the special work plate exchanging system. While the VTL is actively cutting a component on one pallet, the operator can safely and efficiently load or unload the next workpiece on the adjacent pallet.

The system is engineered with high position accuracy and includes a workpiece calibration mechanism, ensuring that the freshly loaded pallet is securely and precisely presented to the machine tool. By automating the changeover process and eliminating machine downtime for loading/unloading operations, the Rotating Pallet system significantly enhances the overall availability of the equipment and dramatically boosts production throughput.
