As part of the MB-Q Series, this mill is uniquely equipped with a manual quill head and manual handwheels for X and Y axes, giving it the full flexibility and tactile feel of a manual machine. This capability is seamlessly combined with the power of the Fryer/Siemens CNC Control.

• Multi-Mode Flexibility: The MB-10Q offers three modes of operation:
  • Manual Mode: Utilizes manual handwheels and the 6X manual quill.
  • Semi-CNC Mode: Uses “Do One” cycles for fast and easy cutting of pockets, drilling, and bolt circles.
  • Full-CNC Mode: Reads standard G & M codes from CAD/CAM systems or uses simple menu-based conversational programming
• Fast Setup for One-Off Parts: The conversational control and one-touch setup buttons make programming so easy that single parts can be made quickly and efficiently. The “Handwheel Run” feature makes testing programs safer.
• Robust Mechanics: Features a versatile quill head with a gear box, 10 HP 4,500 RPM CAT-40 taper spindle, and is constructed with rugged, heavy-duty Meehanite castings.
