• High-Powered Spindle: Features a rigid spindle head with a robust 12 HP 8,000 RPM CAT-40 taper spindle, ensuring maximum metal removal and efficiency across the entire work area. Optional rigid tapping is available.
• Production and Setup Efficiency: The machine can be equipped with an optional 12 or 20 tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) and utilizes 400 IPM rapid traverse rates to minimize cycle times.
• Ultimate Control Flexibility: The user-friendly Fryer/Siemens CNC Control allows operators to choose from three easy-to-use modes:
  • Manual Mode: Controlled by electronic handwheels and a joystick for fine, tactile positioning.
  • Semi-CNC Mode: Uses simple “Do One” conversational cycles for fast, menu-driven creation of pockets, holes, and other features.
  • Full-CNC Mode: Runs G& M code programs or utilizes conversational programming for complex production
