This 5-axis Vertical Machining Center excels in diverse applications like mould and die making and precision parts manufacturing by allowing milling, grinding, and measuring to be completed in a single setup, drastically reducing processing times.

Key to its performance is the integration of advanced technologies: PRECITEMP-Technology in different levels ensures the highest precision is maintained even when ambient temperatures are not stable. Furthermore, the NANOTOL Guideway concept provides a quantum leap in running behavior with tolerances in the nanometer range, crucial for achieving better surfaces, especially in high-surface-requirement applications.

The machine boasts a robust design optimized for durability and energy efficiency, with its separate electrical cabinet and heavy base ensuring low stress despite high axis dynamics. The RPT600DSH is highly versatile, available with a choice of two C-tables (250 mm or 350 mm round) to accommodate different chuck sizes and maximum workpiece weights of up to 100 kg. Its standard 42,000 rpm, 15 kW milling spindle, and feed rate up to 60,000 mm/min emphasize its high-speed machining (HSM) focus. The included 42 or 87-place tool changer with an integrated measuring laser ensures seamless, highly automated operation.
