The FA-3033 is a flagship model in the FA series, Vision Wide’s first bridge-type 5-axis CNC double-column machining center, providing unmatched volumetric accuracy and dynamic performance. Its design is structurally optimized with a double column-bridge type construction for superior rigidity and a wide machining range. This machine is ideal for complex, multi-face operations like mold cutting, highly precise contour finishing, milling, drilling, and tapping, effectively shortening the tool displacement travel and extending tool life.

The generous work area features a 3-000 mm by 2-450 mm table capable of holding up to 13-000 kg. The travel dimensions are 3-100 mm in X and 3-300 mm in Y, with a Z-axis travel of 1-000 mm standard, or 1-200 mm optionally. Power is supplied by a robust spindle system featuring an HSK-A100 taper and reaching 12-000 RPM, with continuous-duty power of 34 kW and peak torque of 205 Nm. Precision is ensured by a high-accuracy 2-axis head, standard XYZ axis linear scale feedback, and an advanced thermal management system that keeps thermal elongation below 0-02mm. The machine is controlled by a standard HEIDENHAIN TNC640 system and includes key features like Blum TC 60 auto measurement compensation for rotational axis accuracy and HEIDENHAIN DCM – Dynamic Collision Monitoring for operational safety.
