The Vision Wide FA-3123 is a high-performance 5-axis double column machining center from the FA Series, designed to deliver high precision, high speed, and fully automatic machining. Its robust, rigid double column frame is engineered for superior stability, which allows for efficient contour cutting, considerably reducing cutting time and extending tool life. This machine supports large workpieces on a 3-300 mm by 1-600 mm table capable of supporting loads up to 14-000 kg. It provides extensive travel with 3-100 mm in the X-axis, 2-300 mm in the Y-axis, and 800 mm in the Z-axis- expandable to 1-000 mm optionally. The powerful, high-speed spindle provides up to 24-000 RPM and uses the HSK-A63 taper, making it perfect for highly precise mold cutting and contour finishing. High dynamic performance is ensured by rapid traverse rates up to 24 m-min on the X and Y axes. The FA series is equipped with a high-accuracy OCYTEC 2-axis head featuring a D-D motor on the B-axis for zero backlash rotation. Advanced features like automatic kinematic measurement and compensation systems ensure excellent 5-axis dynamic rotation synchronization accuracy of 0-04 mm at the tool center point.
