The FA-4027 is a reliable and stable 5-axis Double Column Machining Center designed for multi-axis synchronous processing of large and complex components. This fixed beam, bridge-type machine features an optimized double-column structure to ensure superior rigidity and a wide machining range. It provides excellent 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance that is perfect for intricate mold cutting, highly precise contour finishing, milling, drilling, and tapping while shortening tool travel and extending tool life.

The generous working area includes an X-axis travel of 4,100 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2,700 mm. The machine table is 4,000 x 1,800 mm and can support a maximum load of 12,000 kg. Cutting power comes from a high-performance 12,000 rpm spindle with an HSK-A100 taper, delivering a peak power of 43 kW and a torque of 205 Nm. The FA-4027 is equipped with a high-accuracy 2-axis head and includes advanced systems like a twin hydraulic cylinder balancing system and thermal compensation to limit thermal elongation to less than 0-02 mm. Control is typically handled by the HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller, and the machine maintains high precision with a full travel positioning accuracy of plus-minus 0-008 mm.
