The FA-4033 is a superior 5-axis Double Column Machining Center designed to deliver excellent dynamic performance and precision for extra-large workpieces. Its core strength lies in its structurally optimized double column-bridge type design, which ensures stability and rigidity, especially crucial for heavy cutting and highly precise contouring applications like die and mold cutting. The machine’s large working envelope includes 4-100 mm of X-axis travel and 3-300 mm of Y-axis travel, with an optional Z-axis travel of up to 1-200 mm. The working table is sized at 4-000 mm by 2-450 mm and supports a substantial maximum load of 16-000 kg.

The FA-4033 utilizes a powerful spindle system with an HSK-A100 taper capable of speeds up to 12-000 RPM, delivering a continuous output of 34 kW and a peak torque of 205 Nm (30 min.). Its high-accuracy 2-axis head enables complex 5-axis simultaneous accuracy performance with a rotational synchronization accuracy (TCPM) of 0-04mm. Precision is maximized by the inclusion of XYZ axis linear scale feedback and a thermal compensation system that limits thermal elongation to less than 0-02mm. Standard features include a HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller and advanced safety functions like Dynamic Collision Monitoring (DCM), making the FA-4033 a reliable solution for high-productivity machining of complex parts.
