This CNC milling double-column-bridge machining center is specifically designed for heavy-duty cutting required in the production of mold bases and large components. The foundation of its robust performance is the use of Harden box guide ways across all three axes of movement. These ways are heat-treated to HRC 50 hardness and are meticulously hand-scraped and tuned to deliver ultra-precise movement and low friction under maximum load.

Structural integrity is guaranteed by the main casting parts made from Meehanite grade casting iron with stress-relief heat treatment, featuring a box shape with enforced ribs design for durable, rigid support. The wide-span guide ways are optimally designed to carry tables supporting up to 12-000 kg. The machine boasts powerful capabilities- including a standard 18.5-22 kW spindle motor and a 2-step gear spindle capable of 4-000 rpm (optional 6-000 rpm). Models offer extensive X-axis travel up to 4-100 mm. The VB series comes standard with a 40-tool automatic tool changer and options for various auto head attachments to complete 5-face and mold surface machining in a single setup.
