The VF Series represents VISION WIDE’s traditional machinery mastery, designed as a highly reliable CNC Double Column Milling Machining Center. It is engineered specifically for the demanding cutting requirements of mold base and heavy components due to its fundamentally rigid structure. The three-axis movement is supported by Harden box ways, which are heat-treated to HRC 50 hardness and finely tuned through delicate hand scraping to ensure smooth and precise feeding performance with low friction.

The main structure- including the box-shaped bed and column- is crafted from Meehanite grade casting iron with stress-relief heat treatment to provide durable, rigid support. The large size guideways and box-shaped bed with strong V-shaped enforced ribs allow the machine to handle heavy workpiece loads up to 15-000 kg on models with X-axis travel up to 5-200 mm. A unique sloping beam design positions the Z-axis center close to the beam to minimize unbalanced cutting moments and offset of thermal expansion. With optional auto heads for mold surface machining and spindle speeds up to 6-000 rpm from a 2-step gear system, the VF Series combines power and precision with the versatility needed for complex 5-face applications.
