The BM-10030 – 10037 is the largest model in the BM Series, Vision Wide’s line of beam moving bridge-type CNC milling machine centers. It is uniquely designed to handle extremely large components, accommodating workpieces with a maximal height of 2-400 mm under the beam. The defining feature is the movable cross rail, which is positioned precisely by a dual synchronized servo motor driving system and supported by twin hydraulic cylinders for smooth W-axis movement. Vision Wide applies special techniques to synchronize the W-axis feeding with other axial feeding, guaranteeing the movable beam’s dynamic straightness and sustained heavy cutting power.

This model provides extensive travels, including an X-axis of 10-100 mm and a Y-axis of 3-000 mm or 3-700 mm, with the table measuring 10-000 mm by 2-450 mm and handling a maximum load of 26-000 kg. The W-axis travel is a significant 1-000 mm standard. The robust structure utilizes a double-beam configuration, with a fixed beam for rigidity and a movable beam for dynamic performance. The standard spindle is a 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear type with a power rating of 22 – 26 kW. For multi-face production, the machine is equipped for automatic 5-face machining via multi-angle head attachments and a spacious 40-tool floor-standing tool magazine.
