The BM-4030 / BM-4037 belongs to the BM Series of Beam Moving Portal Type Machine Centers, a heavy-duty, bridge-type CNC milling machine series explicitly designed by Vision Wide for large-scale part manufacturing. Its most distinct feature is the movable cross rail (W-axis), allowing for vertical adjustment and cutting on the cross beam itself. The W-axis movement, which ranges from 1-000 mm to 1-500 mm, is precisely controlled by a dual synchronized servo motors driving system and a rationing hydraulic system to maintain parallelism, ensuring dynamic straightness and sustained cutting accuracy even with the headstock in different Y-axis positions.

This configuration allows the machine to handle exceptionally large components, with a maximum workpiece height of 2-400 mm accommodated under the beam. The BM-4030 / BM-4037 offers significant travel capacities, including 4-100 mm in the X-axis and a choice of Y-axis travels between 3-000 mm and 3-700 mm. The table size measures 4-000 mm by 2-450 mm and can support up to 16-000 kg. The machine is built for heavy cutting, utilizing a double beam configuration with both a fixed beam for structural rigidity and a movable beam for dynamic performance. It offers automatic 5-face function with multi-angle head attachments and features a standard 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear type spindle. The machine is controlled by a FANUC 0iMF Plus system and employs dual linear scales for high-precision feedback on the W-axis.
