The BM-6030-6037, part of the BM Series, is a heavy-duty beam moving bridge type CNC milling machine center meticulously designed for processing exceptionally large workpieces. It stands out with its unique movable cross rail – W-axis feed system, which allows for a maximum workpiece and machining height of 2-450 mm and 2-400 mm, respectively. The W-axis is crucial, providing a standard 1-000 mm of vertical travel and ensuring heavy cutting power and dynamic straightness. The machine’s structural rigidity is secured by a double-beam configuration fixed beam to maintain parallelism and a movable beam to sustain cutting stability. The movable cross rail is precisely controlled by a dual synchronized servo motor driving system and a proportional hydraulic system to maintain optimal parallelism. The machine offers expansive travels, including 6-100 mm in the X-axis and up to 3-700 mm in the Y-axis, with a substantial maximum table load of 22-000 kg on a table measuring 6-000 mm by 2-450 mm.
