The foundation of the machine’s strength is its structure-featuring full casting components with wide, solid columns and a beam that provides the best structure stiffness to ensure optimal geometric accuracy across all three axes. Motion is controlled by box ways on all three axes, which are precisely coated with hand scrapping to ensure superior stiffness, low friction, and excellent vibration dampening.

For the MB-2520 model, the working area dimensions are generous, with an X-axis travel of 2-500 mm, a Y-axis travel of 2-000 mm, and a table measuring 2-500 mm by 1-700 mm, capable of handling a maximum load of 10-000 kg. The gear head is a single-piece casting, utilizing Japan-made JIS0 gears for high rigidity, high precision, and low noise.
