The MF-3000 is a highly rigid and precise Double Column Milling Machine from the MF Series, engineered for demanding applications that require a combination of high precision and powerful material removal. Its core strength lies in its dual ram structure combined with a hydrostatic guideway on the Z-axis, a configuration that guarantees outstanding structural stiffness, minimizes thermal deformation, and extends tool life. The hydrostatic bearing on the spindle head further ensures both heavy cutting capacity and high component precision.

For high-speed performance, the MF-3000 employs roller ways on the X and Y axes, providing low friction and high dynamic accuracy during rapid movements, which can reach up to 24 m-min. The machine features an X-axis travel of 3-000 mm, with Y-axis travel options including 2-200 mm or 2-700 mm. The worktable can support a substantial maximum load of up to 12-000 kg or 15-000 kg, depending on the configuration. Power is delivered by a standard 22 – 26 kW spindle, running at 4-000 RPM via a 2-step gear. For safety and smooth operation, the Z-axis uses a compensating system of twin hydraulic cylinders plus a nitrogen accumulator to maintain position stability and secure the ram during power failure.
