The MF-4026 is a robust Bridge-Type Double Column Milling Machine engineered by Vision Wide for the demands of medium-to-large-scale component and mold manufacturing. The machine’s foundational rigidity is established through its solid casting structure and the use of box ways with hand scrapping on the guides, ensuring excellent mechanical static and dynamic accuracy. A signature feature is the 65-degree slant beam device with three sliding ways, which provides superior support and rigidity to the headstock, optimizing performance for heavy cutting compared to same-size counterparts.

Motion is driven by a highly precise system that includes direct-driven Y-Z axis transmission with big servo motors to guarantee the best accuracy and acceleration. The X-axis utilizes a gear reducer device to enhance the driving torque by 2 to 4 times while maintaining precise servo motor control. The machine’s high-precision longevity is ensured by a comprehensive thermal management system, featuring separated oil coolers for the spindle and three axes ball screws. These independent cooling devices actively restrain axial heat extension and control heat deformation by keeping the temperature 2 degrees Celsius lower than the room temperature. The MF-4026 offers a substantial workspace with an X-axis travel of 4-200 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-600 mm, with the table capable of supporting up to 13-000 kg. It features a standard 18-5 – 22 kW spindle and an ATC capacity of 40 tools.
