The MF-5026 model, a part of the MF Series, is a high-performance Double Column Bridge-type Milling Machine that provides the optimal solution for medium-to-large parts and mold machining. The machine’s foundation for heavy cutting and precision cutting is its robust, solid casting structure that ensures excellent mechanical static and dynamic accuracy. Key to its rigidity are the box ways with hand scraping for superior contact and the innovative 65-degree slant beam device, which utilizes three sliding ways to provide the strongest possible support to the headstock, outperforming comparable machines with the same column distance. For movement, the Y-Z transmission is direct-driven by big servo motors, ensuring the best accuracy and high acceleration-deceleration control, while the X-axis uses a gear reducer device to enhance driving torque by 2-4 times. Thermal stability and precision are maintained through independent cooling systems, including a ball-screw cooling device for all 3 axes and separated oil coolers for the spindle and ball screws, set 2 degrees Celsius lower than room temperature to restrain heat deformation. The machine offers substantial capacity, with an X-axis travel of 5-200 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-600 mm, capable of accommodating a 15-000 kg max table load.
