The MHN-10035 – MHN-10042 represents the largest model in the MHN Series of Double Column Milling Machines, specifically designed to handle massive workpieces while maintaining excellent geometric accuracy and high-efficiency cutting performance. Upholding Vision Wide’s tradition of high rigidity, the machine’s structure is robustly designed to minimize vibration and enhance stability. A key feature is the over 1-1m high stepped beam structure, which significantly increases the guideway span and provides the necessary straightness and rigidity for heavy cutting on the Y-axis. This is further reinforced by 65mm ultra-load guideways on the Y-axis, which boost rigidity by more than 40 percent under higher cutting loads and extend the machine’s lifetime.

The machine’s bed structure is thick, extra-wide, and features a full stroke supported design, dramatically increasing the table load capacity to a massive 36-000 kg for the 10-000 mm by 3-000 mm table. The one-piece casting column effectively links the beam and base, enhancing the rigidity of the YZ-axes. For precision, the XY-axis precision supporter mechanism is included on this model to prevent ball screw sag, ensuring higher positioning accuracy over the immense 10-100 mm X-axis travel and 3-500 mm or 4-200 mm Y-axis travel. The machine is a 5-face machining center, capable of full-range, high-efficiency machining, powered by a 22-26 kW standard spindle with speeds up to 4-000 RPM or optional direct-driven speeds up to 10-000 RPM.
