This design efficiently enhances the guideway span, providing the necessary Y-axis straightness and rigidity required for continuous heavy cutting. The machine’s stability is further amplified by its Y-axis, which is equipped with an ultra-load 65 mm guideway that significantly enhances rigidity by over 40 percent under higher cutting loads, extending the machine’s lifetime.

The base structure is a thick and extra-wide design with a full stroke supported design, which increases both the table load capacity and the dynamic movement level of the workpiece, greatly enhancing cutting stability and anti-vibration. An 8-100 mm X-axis travel and a Y-axis travel of 3-500 mm or 4-200 mm provide an expansive working envelope, with the table supporting up to 32-000 kg.
