The MN-10023 – MN-10030 is the longest model in the MN Series of Double Column Milling Machines, specifically built to handle extremely large components and provide comprehensive processing solutions. It achieves superior utilization efficiency by incorporating a 5-face function of multi-angle cutting via a rigid headstock with a box structure and six guiding roller blocks. The machine is engineered for high stiffness and load capacity, featuring an X-Y roller ways structure on a wide base with three roller sliding ways that enhance both dynamic accuracy and stability. The enormous working envelope provides an X-axis travel of 10-100 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-300 mm or 3-000 mm, with the table supporting a maximum load of 26-000 kg. Power is supplied by a spindle motor rated at 18-5 – 22 kW, offering a standard 2-step gear spindle speed of 4-000 RPM, with optional direct-driven speeds up to 10-000 RPM. The machine’s efficiency is further boosted by the short shaft power transmission design and rapid traverse rates up to 24 m-min on the X and Y axes for shorter models, making the MN-10023 – MN-10030 an ideal solution for large-scale, high-precision, and multi-face milling.
