The MS-3123 model is part of Vision Wide’s MS Series of bridge-type portal milling machines, engineered for a balance of rigid structure and high precision. It is specifically configured for operations requiring enhanced accuracy and dynamic motion. The machine utilizes heavy-duty roller ways on both the X and Y axes, which offer the advantages of low friction and high stiffness for smooth and precise movements. A key feature is the direct-driven X-Y transmission device coupled with a torque enlarger unit on the X-axis, which works to increase transmission torque and ensure a combination of speed and precision in movement.

The machine has an extensive working range, with an X-axis travel of 3-100 mm and a Y-axis travel of 2-300 mm. The table measures 3-000 mm by 1-500 mm and can support a maximum load of 10-000 kg. For enhanced performance, the Z-axis is fitted with Twin Hydraulic cylinders plus a pressured nitrogen accumulator balancing design to provide smooth and accurate feeding, allowing the Z-axis to reach 0-5G acceleration and maintain a secure holding position even during a power failure. The spindle is a standard 18-5 kW – 22 kW 2-step gear type with up to 6-000 RPM in the box way configuration. The robust design and advanced transmission system make the MS-3123 ideal for heavy-duty, high-accuracy machining tasks.
