This machine is a 3-axis portal type with a rigid structure and excellent geometric accuracy, resulting in a 50 percent improvement in productivity compared to earlier models. The standard spindle speed is 15-000 RPM, with options available for a built-in spindle that reaches 24-000 RPM or higher. Its superior static and dynamic performance ensures a positioning accuracy of P 0-007 mm and a repeatability of Ps 0-003 mm. The machine’s generous working envelope includes an X-axis travel of 2-100 mm and a Y-axis travel of 1-200 mm. The large table size of 2-300 mm by 1-100 mm supports a maximum load of 10-000 kg. The rapid traverse speed reaches up to 30 m-min on the XY-axes, while the high cutting feed rate of 24-000 mm-min enables high-speed operations while maintaining delicate surface roughness and precise contour accuracy. It also includes a thermal compensation system for the spindle to ensure stable precision during extended use.
