The machine’s structural rigidity is anchored by heavy-duty roller ways on the X-Y axes and a high-stiffness, light-weight table design that permits high acceleration and deceleration. It utilizes a direct-driven X-Y transmission device coupled with a torque enlarger unit on the X-axis to achieve superior accuracy and speed control. The Z-axis movement is remarkably dynamic and safe, featuring a patented balancing design of twin hydraulic cylinders plus a pressured nitrogen accumulator, which allows for a high acceleration of 0-5G and secures the ram’s position during power failure. The working area is ample, with an X-axis travel of 3-100 mm, and a Y-axis travel of approximately 1-800 mm on a table supporting up to 10-000 kg.
