The XM-37 is a specialized model within the XM Series, Vision Wide’s line of Extremely Mighty Moving Column Machining Centers. This machine is engineered to meet the demanding processing needs of large-scale precision machinery, electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemical, and transportation equipment. Its core advantage is its ability to provide a super large XYZ axis machining space for structural parts, with an X-axis travel that can extend from 8-200 mm up to 60-200 mm depending on the bed length. The XM-37 specifically offers a Y-axis travel of 3-700 mm and can handle a maximal workpiece width of 3-200 mm. The machine is built for endurance, supporting a maximum table load of 5-000 kg per square meter.

Performance is characterized by high-precision positioning due to high-standard geometric accuracy, X-axis dual linear scales, and robust construction. It maintains heavy cutting capacity by providing a variety of high-rated torque spindles, including the standard 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle with power ratings of 22 kW or 26 kW. The machine offers exceptional versatility with fully automatic multi-face machining capabilities, allowing it to be matched with various automatic attachment heads for complex angle machining and high tangential speed mold surface machining. Optional features include a high-torque, high-speed vertical turning table to realize milling and turning compound multitasking operations. With a rapid traverse of 20 m-min on the X and Y axes, the XM-37 ensures both power and efficient throughput for colossal workpieces.
