The XMF-47 is a Travelling Double Column Milling Machining Center from the XMF Series, developed specifically to meet the demanding machining needs of large-scale precision machinery, electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemical, and transportation equipment. This moving column machining center delivers a super large XYZ axis machining space, offering an unprecedented X-axis travel that ranges from 8-200 mm to 60-200 mm and a Y-axis travel of 4-700 mm. It is engineered for high-precision positioning and maintaining high-standard geometric accuracy across its expansive range, crucial for large-scale precision machining.

The machine features a substantial ram size of 680 mm by 680 mm and a standard Z-axis travel of 2-500 mm, which provides an operating range from 500 mm to 3-000 mm from the spindle nose to the table. It is designed with heavy cutting capacity in mind, offering a variety of high-rated torque spindles, including a standard 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle and optional built-in motors up to 12-000 RPM. The rapid traverse rate is 20 m/min on the XY axes. Furthermore, the XMF-47 can be configured for fully automatic multi-face machining using various optional automatic attachment heads and can even be equipped with a vertical turning table for milling and turning compound multitask operations. Standard features include a FANUC 0iMF Plus controller, X-axis dual linear scale feedback, and a 32-tool vertical magazine.
