The XMF-52 is a formidable machine in the XMF Series, a line of Extremely Mighty Machining Centers built as a traveling double column system to address the demanding needs of large-scale precision machinery. It is ideally suited for machining structural components in the electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemical, and transportation sectors. The machine offers a super large XYZ axis machining space, with the X-axis travel ranging from a substantial 8-200 mm up to 60-200 mm to accommodate virtually any length of workpiece. The Y-axis travel is 5-200 mm, and the Z-axis travel is 2-500 mm standard, with an optional 3-000 mm travel.

The XMF-52 delivers high-precision positioning through high-standard geometric accuracy. It provides heavy cutting capacity via a robust 680 x 680 mm ram and a variety of high-rated torque spindles, including a standard 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle or optional built-in motor spindles up to 12-000 RPM. This model is highly versatile, capable of fully automatic multi-face machining by integrating various automatic attachment heads for complex angle machining and high tangential speed mold surface machining. It also includes an excellent tool tip, point error automatic correction function. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a high-torque, high-speed vertical turning table to perform milling and turning compound multitasking operations automatically.
