The XMF-57 model is part of the XMF Series, Vision Wide’s collection of Travelling Double Column Milling Machining Centers engineered to meet the robust processing demands of large-scale precision components in sectors such as electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemical, and transportation. This machine provides a truly huge workpiece machining space, with the X-axis travel uniquely configurable from a base of 8-200 mm up to an astounding 60-200 mm, alongside a 5-700 mm Y-axis travel. The maximal workpiece width that can be accommodated beneath the portal is 6-100 mm.

The machine’s design emphasizes two key qualities: high-precise positioning through high-standard geometric accuracy, and heavy cutting capacity via a variety of high-rated torque spindles. The standard spindle is a 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear type with a power rating of 22-26 kW, with options available up to 12-000 RPM built-in motors. Its advanced capability includes fully automatic multi-face machining through the integration of optional automatic attachment heads and tool exchange functions, complete with an excellent tool tip point error automatic correction function. Furthermore, the machine is capable of milling and turning compound multitask machining when optionally equipped with a high-torque, high-speed vertical turning table. Precision feedback is ensured by a dual linear scale system on the X-axis and a linear scale on the Z-axis.
