XML-37

The XML-37 model is part of the XML Series of Extremely Mighty Machining Centers, developed specifically to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale industries such as electric power, wind power, energy, and transportation. It is a moving column machining center that provides a super large XYZ axis machining space, with an X-axis that is expandable from 8-200 mm up to 60-200 mm, a Y-axis of 3-700 mm, and a standard Z-axis of 1-500 mm. This configuration allows for the precision machining of enormous structural parts with a maximum workpiece width of 3-600 mm. The XML-37 delivers heavy cutting capacity supported by high-rated torque spindles and ensures high-precision positioning with high-standard geometric accuracy. It is engineered for complete automation, offering fully automatic multi-face machining capability through optional automatic attachment heads that enable high tangential speed mold surface machining and complex angle machining, all supported by an excellent tool tip point error automatic correction function. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a high-torque, high-speed vertical turning table to achieve milling and turning compound multitasking functionality. The machine operates with rapid traverse rates of 20 m-min on the XY axes.
