The XML-47 model is a high-performance machine in the XML Series of Extremely Mighty Machining Centers, developed to fulfill the intense machining requirements of large-scale components in industries such as electric power, wind power, energy, and petrochemicals. This moving column double column milling machine provides an expansive working environment with an impressive Y-axis travel of 4-700 mm and an X-axis travel that is uniquely extensible from 8-200 mm up to 60-200 mm. The machine is built for structural strength and precision, featuring a large ram size of 580 mm by 580 mm and delivering high-precision positioning through its high-standard geometric accuracy. For raw power, it is equipped with a 22-26 kW spindle that offers heavy cutting capacity with a standard 2-step gear running at 4-000 RPM, with optional built-in spindle speeds reaching 12-000 RPM. The XML-47 is highly versatile, supporting fully automatic multi-face machining by matching with various automatic attachment heads, including high tangential speed options for mold surface machining and complex angle machining. Furthermore, it can be equipped with a high-torque, high-speed vertical turning table to realize advanced milling and turning compound multitasking automatic machining.
