The XML-57 is a powerful model within the XML Series of Extremely Mighty Machining Centers, specifically developed to meet the demanding requirements for large-scale precision components in sectors such as electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemicals, and transportation. As a moving column machining center, it offers a vast workspace, boasting an X-axis travel that is highly customizable, starting at 8-200 mm and extending up to an immense 60-200 mm, paired with a Y-axis travel of 5-700 mm. The machine is guaranteed to have high-standard geometric and positioning accuracy, essential for large-scale precision work.

A key attribute is its heavy cutting capacity, achieved through a variety of high-rated torque spindle options. The standard configuration includes a 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle with a continuous power rating of 22 kW. The machine’s capability can be extended through optional features such as a high-torque vertical turning table for milling and turning compound automatic machining. For complex part geometry, the machine excels at fully automatic multi-face machining by accommodating various automatic attachment heads. This enables high tangential speed mold surface machining and complex angle machining, all supported by an excellent tool tip point error automatic correction function. Precision movement is maintained with a rapid traverse of 20 m-min on the X and Y axes and dual linear scales on the X and Z axes.
