The XMS-37 is part of the XMS Series, a line of powerful moving column machining centers specifically developed to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale precision machinery for industries such as electric power, wind power, and petrochemicals. Its core feature is the provision of a super large XYZ axis machining space for structural parts, with an extraordinary X-axis travel that is configurable from 8-200 mm to a maximum of 60-200 mm. The Y-axis provides a substantial travel of 3-700 mm, and the robust work table can handle a maximum load density of 5-000 kg per square meter.

The machine is engineered for dual performance, combining high-precision positioning with heavy cutting capacity. It offers a variety of high-rated torque spindle options, including a standard 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle and optional built-in motor spindles up to 12-000 RPM. This flexibility allows it to meet the processing and cutting capabilities of various materials. For complex geometry, the XMS-37 is capable of fully automatic multi-face machining by integrating various automatic attachment heads. It supports high tangential speed mold surface machining and complex angle machining for precision parts, complete with an excellent tool tip point error automatic correction function and auto head and tool exchange functions. The machine is controlled by a standard Fanuc 0iMF PLUS and utilizes linear scales on the X and Z axes for high accuracy, providing a robust solution for large-scale precision fabrication.
