The XMS-52 is a flagship model in the XMS Series, representing Vision Wide’s line of Extremely Mighty Machining Centers characterized by their enormous working space and superior performance. Designed to meet the demanding requirements of large-scale precision machinery, electric power, wind power, energy, petrochemical, and transportation equipment, the XMS-52 provides a truly colossal machining space. The machine features a traveling double column configuration, offering an unparalleled X-axis travel from 8-200 mm to 60-200 mm and a substantial Y-axis travel of 5-200 mm. The table surface is equally vast, with a size of 5-000 mm by 8-60 m and a maximum table load of 5-000 kg per square meter.

Engineered for power and precision, the XMS-52 delivers heavy cutting capacity via a variety of optional high-rated torque spindles, including a standard 22-26 kW, 4-000 RPM 2-step gear spindle, with built-in motor options up to 12-000 RPM. It achieves high-precise positioning through high-standard geometric accuracy and the use of dual linear scales on the X-axis and a linear scale on the Z-axis. Its versatility is enhanced by the capability for fully automatic multi-face machining, achieved by mating the machine with various automatic attachment heads and an excellent tool tip point error automatic correction function. The machine can also be optioned with a high-torque vertical turning table to realize advanced milling and turning compound automatic machining.
