GSA-4032

The GSA-4032 model is a key component of the GSA Series, Vision Wide’s line of 3 plus 2 axis Gantry Type Machining Centers engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy for complex applications like mold cutting, precise contour finishing, milling, drilling, and tapping. This machine’s distinguishing feature is the IAC-Indexing Attached head, a high-accuracy 2-axis head that uses auto indexing on the B and C axes with a 1-degree increment to achieve effective 5-axis capability. This mechanism is crucial for composite angle machining by shortening tool displacement and extending tool life. The GSA-4032 has an excellent dynamic performance thanks to its one-piece structural design. It boasts impressive travel dimensions, including an X-axis of 4-000 mm and a Y-axis of 3-200 mm, resting on a table measuring 4-000 mm by 3-200 mm. The machine is powered by a high-output spindle with over 40 kW – 50 kW to 65 kW driving capacity, achieving a maximum speed of 15-000 RPM. Its high-speed capability is supported by rapid traverse rates of 32 m-min on the XY-axes and 20 m-min on the Z-axis. The machine is controlled by the HEIDENHAIN TNC640 system and includes a thermal compensation system and linear scales on all three axes to ensure the highest level of stability and precision.
