The GSA-6032 model, from the GSA Series, is a premier Angular head Gantry Type Machining Center specializing in 3 plus 2 axis machining, offering superior accuracy for diverse applications, including mold cutting, highly precise contour finishing, milling, drilling, and tapping. The machine’s core strength is derived from an excellent dynamic performance on a one-piece structural design. The defining component is the IAC-Indexing Attached head, a 2-axis head with a powerful above 40 kW spindle driving capacity. This head features auto indexing at 1-degree increments on both the B and C axes, making it the ideal choice for efficient composite angle machining and drastically shortening tool displacement travel and overall cutting process.

The GSA-6032 boasts exceptional travels, with 6-000 mm in the X-axis and 3-200 mm in the Y-axis, and the work table measures 6-000 mm by 3-200 mm. The spindle is a high-speed 15-000 RPM unit with a maximum power of 65 kW. Motion is rapid, with traverse speeds of 32 m-min on the XY-axes and 20 m-min on the Z-axis, alongside a maximum cutting feed rate of 20-000 mm-min. Precision is ensured by the HEIDENHAIN TNC640 controller and the use of linear scales on all three axes for feedback, complemented by a spindle and structure temperature thermal compensation system.
