The HF Series High Efficiency Double Column Machining Center is a 3-axis bridge-type CNC milling machine developed by Vision Wide to offer high rigidity and precision across a massive working area. The machine’s core strength comes from a high-rigidity box base and optimally spanned worktable guideways, ensuring the best level of dynamic accuracy. A key structural feature is the cross-section square beam, which positions the head’s center of gravity close to the beam center, providing exceptional heavy cutting ability. The HF-6040 – HF-6047 model offers substantial capacity with an X-axis travel of 6-100 mm and customizable Y-axis travel of 4-000 mm or 4-700 mm. The table measures 6-000 mm by 3-500 mm and can support a maximum load of 28-000 kg. This machine fulfills demands for mold surface cutting, 3D mold cutting, and precise contour finishing by offering fully automatic 5-face machining capacity. This is accomplished via an advanced automatic head change system, which can swap between a 90-degree head, extension head, or universal head, and provides vertical and horizontal auto tool change for the 90-degree head. Power is delivered by a 2-step gear spindle with a standard 4-000 RPM and continuous power of 22 kW, with optional speeds up to 10-000 RPM and power up to 37 kW.
