The HF-6042M HFM Series is a high-performance, 3-axis double column machining center optimized for processing the largest components with uncompromising precision. Its structural superiority is achieved through a ground-breaking design that includes a crossbeam with a box-in-box structure to effectively reduce deformation caused by Z-axis loads on the unilateral beam. Furthermore, the head utilizes a hydrostatic transmission design, which provides significantly better rigidity, minimal friction, and exceptional stability, particularly crucial for machines with a large Z-axis travel of 1-500 mm. The machine is also thermally optimized, with the head’s gravity center situated on the centerline of the symmetric structure to reduce the influence of ambient temperature.

Performance is driven by a powerful spindle system that delivers between 1-500 Nm and 2-000 Nm of spindle torque. It comes standard with a 4-000 RPM, 2-step gear spindle, with options available up to 10-000 RPM direct-driven.
